JEE main attempts reduction from 4 to 2, Win-win for both NTA and Aspirants?

NTA possible rationale behind reduction of JEE main attempts.

While a lot of aspirants might have taken the earlier announcement around reduction in JEE main attempts, with a pinch of salt, here are few reasons why you should not let that Bog you down.

  • Parkinson's law ( work expands so as to fill the time available for its completion) To put it in simpler words,
limiting the no. of attempts essentially timeboxes your efforts & enforces you to channelize your efforts.
  • Reduction in attempts saves a lot of money & effort on the part of Government & authorities.
  • To space out 4 attempts post the 12th Board examinations (which got delayed because of the pandemic last year) at the same time  ensuring there is no ripple on the curriculum post admissions, is a challenge for authorities.
  • Last but not the least, this would also help aspirants in avoiding wasting too much time & energy on just one exam. Remember JEE mains should not be made into a matter of life & death , which sadly a lot of students fail to realize.

So Chin Up & Chase your dreams & remember JEE mains in just a means to realize your dreams & not the End!

All the Best !
